Our Vision

The Morrisville State College Liberty Partnerships Program is the "promise" from: Communities, Adults, Otselic Valley Central School, Unadilla Valley Central School, Bainbridge-Guilford Central School, Norwich City Schools, Morrisville State College, businesses and industries, youth-serving agencies, and families, to make available support systems that PROVIDE, ENCOURAGE, ESTABLISH and GUIDE our young people to become competent and compassionate members of society.

Our Mission

The Morrisville State College Liberty Partnership’s Mission is an expansion of the vision to see that we set forth on the promise to establish, provide, encourage, and guide our young people.
